Katie & Dustin ~ A Southern Wedding

Wow, how do I even start????  Isaac and I first met Katie & Dustin when they modeled for us last summer at our very first Pursuit 31 Retreat in Nashville.  I can’t even begin to tell you what a joy they were to work with.  Several months later Katie emailed and announced that Dustin had proposed and that they would love us to come out and shoot their wedding!  Well ABSOLUTELY!!!!  Isaac and I were so honored to be a part of their day.  Not only are they stunning but they are seriously two of the sweetest funniest people we’ve ever met.  Words cannot describe how blessed we feel to know each of them and to have been a part of documenting their wedding.

Katie & Dustin, we ADORE you both! Thank you for inviting us into your lives and your wedding day.  We are so excited for all that God has in store for you and your marriage!

I’m sorta a sucker for burlap so when I arrived and saw the barn adorned with ceiling height burlap curtains my knees became a little weak!

This white & cream theme throughout the wedding was simply stunning.

Katie did so many of the details herself which added so much character and warmth to this Southern DIY wedding!

These dried flower bouquets were a perfect touch for this vintage wedding.  Katie is a singer so she even included music sheet flowers into the handmade boutonnieres she created!
